Shareportal is a platform owned by Africa Prudential to enable portfolio companies to improve investor relations. The Shareportal platform exists to Increase shareholder engagement and provide companies with tools to help their businesses grow their share price & raise capital.

Digitizing trading tools to improve shareholder communication

Africa Prudential approached us with a request to digitize their manual trading tools. We were tasked with the design of the mobile app to trade on the go, User Interface & User Experience design, and optimization of their product.

My role

I was part of a product team in an agency. My role on the project was that of a User Interface Designer. Worked with a product manager, and an engineering team. We were tasked with translating the client requirements & user stories into a user experience that matched and exceeded what existed offline.

The Result

Following 4 months of close collaboration with our client, we successfully launched the new and digitized platform. We placed the user at the centre of the project, and designed the mobile and web portals to be be as intuitive and efficient as possible, ensuring a smooth user flow throughout every feature.
